Thank you for your memo of October 9.  I think, however, that we can't really
proceed any further until I have a response from Professor Tuan to my recent
letter, a copy of which I sent to you yesterday.   After all, they may merely be banking
openings for visits, and until they indicate when they would like to come, we
can't know what resources they might by competing for.  Therefore, let's
postpone our lunch until then.
